The location is peaceful and perfect, on the river. And it's nestled in a neat building short walk to malls, Red Lobster, Bighorn and many more good ones, important stores like rite aide and restaurants and several outlets.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, provided me with a recently renovated deluxe room. It was in a particularly good location close to everything.

The beds offered great comfort, while the nearby Mexican restaurant delighted our taste buds. A little more attention to cleaning would enhance the experience, but overall a pleasant stay for our family.

I can not say I like anything about the Riverside Inn Fulton
No working shower, walls so thin you could hear noises above you and next to you. Beds were uncomfortable. No iron, ironing board or hair dryer in the room. The telephone was not working in the room to call the front desk. Upon checking out we wanted to complain and was told to speak with the General manager, who wasn't there. He was given a message to call us. He has never contacted us and I called a couple of times and each time was told he wasn't there and they would leave a messsage and he never ever called us back.

The fact that it was close to my family! But on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a negative 72! reasons to begin I asked for a smoke free room, got that however the people next door were heavy heavy heavy smokers! The hallway reaked of smoke out side their room at all times! Then I asked for a working remote went to the front desk and the manager was less that happy to help said he would give it to the maid! She came in and got it partly working! (Note remote had no back on it) hotel was too cheap to get another remote! Feel like I was way overcharged. They charged me just under 600 dollars. I was under the impression it was 350 per week plus tax, then I asked for a copy of the bill and they told me I had to contact you! They took my money but could not tell me about the bill! I am very unhappy with that especially, and cause of this very un happy! Feel like I was being punished for booking through u! Will not stay there again wish I had it to do again would not have stayed there! Furthermore I will be reporting them to several consumer protection agencies like rip off.com and angie's list! Again very unhappy was way overcharged and felt like they only wanted my money and did not care for my needs. Plus told them I might come to fulton next summer for a month asked what kind of deal I could get. Said the rate was 350 per week which ended up being almost 600.00, he acted like he was doing me a favor just letting me have the room for 350 as they are so busy during the summer. So all I can say is thanks for nothing to riverside I will have to try and find another place more reasonable! A very very unhappy customer!

that the hotel was close to the events that i had planed for that weekend
the fact that my room had no soap so that i couldnt take a shower my door latch was messed up and i thought that i was locked in my room, when i opened the window for some fresh air i noticed that the screen was broken letting in bugs and mosquitos the lamp in the corner of the room i guess was there purely for decoration because ther wasnt a light bulb or switch on the lamp to turn it on

Not one thing!! It was a nightmare :(
Their computer wasn't working, there were sleazy people/guests all around, it houses welfare and/or charity cases, people left their shoes in the hallway to air out, room was not vacuumed, lamp was covered in dust, cobwebs hung from ceiling, bedding smelled, there was a cigarette butt in the corner of the shower, toilet bowl was stained, only 2 towels were hanging, rug was stained all over, banging doors at 4am woke us. Let's see......I Think that covers this disgusting hotel. We left at 5am and are trying to get our money back. The manager has not returned our calls. Horrible! You should not be recommending this place to anyone.

Old, delapadated, smelly and a little forebidding. Would not stay there again.

The staff is really friendly.
Pool needs serious work, and the room smelled horrible which we found out was due to the a/c that leaked a gallon of water every couple hours I told the staff and they were very apologetic.
