Cleanliness Needs Attention

We stayed in a Deluxe Queen Room for two nights. The room lacked cleanliness and maintenance. The ice machine was too dirty to use, and we struggled with a malfunctioning air conditioner. Would recommend checking the room before settling in to ensure a comfortable stay.

Disappointing Service

Checked in for a night but left feeling super frustrated! The staff was rude—had a bad experience during checkout when I needed just 10 more mins. The rooms smelled kinda funky, too. The dining area was nice, though. Honestly, not worth your time!

The pool's utility is questionable since it’s non-functional, and the condition of the grounds and hallways leaves room for improvement. Additionally, you may struggle when needing assistance, as there are often no staff present at the front desk at critical times.

The warm atmosphere and charming decor felt so inviting, making me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I had easy access around the hotel, which really made my stay delightful.
